To learn how Splash Dr. Can help get your swimming pool worry free schedule a free water test and consultation.
Step 1 – Weekly pool water testing
Splash Dr.’s service technician will begin each weekly service with a water test. By beginning with water testing and balancing, it allows us to add any required chemicals prior to brushing and vacuuming. This is important because the brushing and vacuuming of your swimming pool is one of the best ways to get all the newly added pool chemicals mixed in properly.
We test the following levels weekly:
- Ph
- Free chlorine level
- Combined chlorine level
- Cyanuric acid level(CYA)
- Total alkalinity
- Calcium hardness
- Salt content
- Temperature
- CSI
By keeping all of these basic parameters in your swimming pool in check and at the correct level, it makes certain your water remains clean and worry free.
Step 2 – Brush, Vacuum, Skim
After we have added the required chemicals to put your pool back in balance, we brush. We not only brush the walls but the floor, steps, benches, and tile. Brushing first allows stuck on dirt and debris to be loosened. It helps prevent calcium build up on your tile and plaster and ensure debris is not left to stain your pool.
While the dirt and dust settles back down we use the time to clean your skimmer baskets and skim the surface of your swimming pool. This gives the dirt we brushed off time to return to the floors so that vacuuming can remove it properly.
Once the pool is adequately brushed and skimmed our swimming pool service technician in Santa Clara, Ut will vacuum your entire pool. Even infloor cleaning and robotic vacuum cleaners miss some dirt. We ensure we clean on a weekly basis to remove all dirt and debris.
Step 3 – Filter And Pump Service
After vacuuming your swimming pool, you will more than likely have a lot of new debris in your pump basket. We remove all debris from your pump and do a general inspection of seals and fitting. If there are any issues we will inform the owner and develop a service repair estimate to resolve the issue.
We also check your filter pressure after vacuuming. If your filter needs cleaning or to backwashed we will perform these tasks.
Step 4 – Equipment and plumbing inspections
Once you swimming pool and spa are clean, baskets clear of debris, chemicals are balanced, our service technician will perform an equipment and plumbing inspection.
We check pumps, filter, heaters, salt water generators, blowers, control panels, and valves for proper function and serviceability.
Our inspection looks over all pipes, fittings, and unions for leaks and other issues.
If we find any problems with any equipment or plumbing we will provide a detailed assessment with a remediation strategy and pricing. We are a full service swimming pool service and repair company in Santa Clara and can provide any repairs necessary.
