Step 1 – Weekly pool water testing

Splash Dr.’s service technician will begin each weekly service with a water test. By beginning with water testing and balancing, it allows us to add any required chemicals prior to brushing and vacuuming. This is important because the brushing and vacuuming of your swimming pool is one of the best ways to get all the newly added pool chemicals mixed in properly.

We test the following levels weekly:

• Ph
• Free chlorine level
• Combined chlorine level
• Cyanuric acid level(CYA)
• Total alkalinity
• Calcium hardness
• Salt content
• Temperature
• CSI

Step 2 – Brush, Vacuum, Skim

After we have added the required chemicals to put your pool back in balance, we brush. We not only brush the walls but the floor, steps, benches, and tile.  Brushing first allows stuck on dirt and debris to be loosened.  It helps prevent calcium build up on your tile and plaster and ensure debris is not left to stain your pool.
