Old, Outdated Pool Equipment Repair and Replacement | Splash Doctor | Washington, Ut
This pool equipment repair client initially called Splash Doctor to take a look at their heater in Washington, Ut. Their pool heater had stopped working. Our initial pool equipment diagnosis at this swimming pool in Washington showed that they had flow problems due to a cracked coupler, a dirty swimming pool filter, and a completely clogged salt cell. We resolved these issues first but the heater still had issues firing up. We looked into the problem further by testing the usual suspects. We tested the thermistor, thermal regulator, and all sensors that normally cause pool heaters to stop working. We found that it was not firing due to a cracked igniter. We ordered the part and provided the pool heater igniter installation on the following visit. This has resolved the heater problem and the heater is now functioning as it should.
